The CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) course covers key skills and knowledge needed by builders and other building professionals working in the domestic sector of the building industry.

 

By undertaking the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) course, you will learn to run a small to medium size construction business and take overall responsibility for completing the construction of a residential building. You will develop your skills and knowledge in:

What do you need before you start?

Parker Brent will conduct a pre-training review to make sure this program is suitable for your needs, current skills and experience. All participants will need to be currently working in the Building and Construction industry and hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).

 

How long will the course take?

Classes are held 2 nights a week from 5:30pm to 9:30pm and the course will run for 34 weeks. There are some breaks during the program and a full delivery schedule will be provided to you prior to course commencement.
