Urban recently published the ‘Top 20 Melbourne Suburbs With The Largest Development Pipeline’.
Melbourne postcode 2000 is leading the pack amount the top 20 suburbs across metropolitan Melbourne with the largest development pipeline. Secondly, the suburb of Southbank which is home to some of Melbourne’s largest skyscrapers including Australia 108 and the Eureka Tower. In third spot, South Melbourne comes in after a number of new developments have been proposed.
